Course Bookings

All bookings for Course places advertised on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Payment of the fee contribution for the learner, according to our organisational size and income bands, as advised during the Checkout process.
• Allowing the learner sufficient time, time off in lieu and/or study leave to complete the course(s) to the necessary standard as appropriate to the learner and your organisation.
• Allowing the learner sufficient access to the organisation’s plans, policies, records and documentation in regards to governance, human resources, business and financial planning and partnerships, networks and stakeholder relations, as appropriate to the course(s) of study.
• Helping to ensure the learner attends all taught learning sessions, participates in e-learning facilities, undertakes sufficient private study and competes assignments on time, by providing sufficient encouragement and support to the learner.
• Repay the funding made available by Lancashire Learning Consortium CIC in whole or in part if the learner fails to complete the course of study and/or gain the qualification available, with the sole exception of proven extenuating circumstances.

All course places are conditional upon the following factors:

• The applicant organisation being bona fide and of a governance form recognised as being within the community, voluntary, faith, social enterprise, charitable and/or third sector.
• The applicant organisation supplying governing documents so as to evidence our form.
• The applicant organisation being based (registered) and/or operational within the Greater Lancashire area.
• The applicant organisation supplying the most recent set of annual accounts so as to evidence income band.
• The applicant organisation paying the fee contribution appropriate to size in full, in advance and in sufficient time.
• The course still running due to sufficient bookings and other operational factors. In the event a particular course does not proceed, an appropriate alternative will be offered.
• There being spare places on the chosen course at the time of application and the payment of our fee contribution.

Events

All bookings for places at events advertised on this site are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All delegate bookings are non refundable (with the exception of event cancellation) although a replacement delegate is always permissable.
• All bookings are provisional until we receive cleared funds for your delegate place. We reserve the right to replace your provisional booking with a paid delegate. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to unpaid bookings.

• Places will be allocated in the order that cleared payments are received up to the maximum permissible.

• We shall confirm your place following receipt of cleared payment. Confirmation will be sent via email to the registered address. Please make arrangements to ensure that payment reaches us in advance of the event.
• We reserve the right to re-arrange, postpone or cancel any event depending on demand, viability or other mitigating factors. In these circumstances paid delegates will be given an option of transferring their booking or receiving a refund, as appropriate.
