Turbo-Charging Skills is open to all voluntary, community, faith and third sector organisations across Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester
Organisations can receive up to 90% of the costs of advertised courses thanks to funding from the Big Lottery Fund.
All courses are open to volunteers, staff, managers, trustees and directors from community, voluntary, charity and third sector organisations and social enterprises. We will also accept applications from individuals prepared to undertake a voluntary work internship with a voluntary/third sector organisation of their choosing.
Places on all courses are subject to a proven organisational development need in the chosen subject area(s) - applicants will be required to complete a short Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) questionnaire as part of their application.
All places offered will attract a subsidy, depending on the financial resources of your organisation.
All applicants will be required to submit a copy of their latest annual accounts in support of their application so that their subsidy rate can be confirmed. Applicants will also be required to submit a copy of their organisation’s governing document to confirm organisational status.
