Turbo-Charging Skills is our flagship service, funded by the Big Lottery Fund, to help support the increase of leadership and management skills within the voluntary sector across North West England. The Learning Consortium is the lead agency for this three-year £0.5 Million programme.
Delivery of this programme is live and focusses on the five key themes of governance, human resources, strategic and business planning, networking and financial planning. All community, voluntary, faith and third sector organisations across Lancashire North West of England are eligible for heavily subsidised learning under this programme.
