Transforming Local Infrastructure (TLI) is the Government's new funding programme for modernising infrastructure support services for community, voluntary and civil society organisations. The Office of Civil Society has made £30 Million available nationally to help transform support services.

As a significant infrastructure organisation - and following an initial phase of development activity - the Learning Consortium is delighted to confirm that it is a key partner in a number of TLI bids. These reflect our strategic business development priorities and build on good working relationships with other local infrastructure organisations.

At the current time the Learning Consortium is a named partner in the following TLI areas:

  • Blackpool
  • Cumbria
  • Lancashire

In the coming weeks we shall be working closely with the named lead applicants and other partners in each priority area in order to develop high quality applications.

In addition to these areas where we are an active partner, we are also in contact with applicants in other areas and may play a supportive role, such as a supplier of services.
