Development Manager
Jonathan Gilbert has been employed as the Consortium's Development Manager since March 2008. During this time he has helped to secure significant resources for the company to deliver a number of key projects. He has also been key it raising the identity and profile of the Consortium and helping to develop its brand.
Jonathan has been working in the field of public service development and management since the early 1990s. For the last five years he has specialised in learning, skills and workforce development. Prior to this he has worked in the fields of health promotion, area-based regeneration, economic development, crime reduction and community safety, the planning system and programme evaluation.
Jonathan has an extensive network of contacts across the North West and nationally which he continues to utilise for the development of the Learning Consortium and the benefit of Lancashire's voluntary sector.
