The Learning Consortium is a Community Interest Company and voluntary sector business network. Incorporated in 2007, we specialise in voluntary sector learning, skills, workforce development & management development across the North West of England and further afield. We are the only civil society organisation specifically focussed on voluntary sector learning & skills in Lancashire, Cumbria and Greater Manchester and also currently operate across Cheshire & Merseyside.
